Laid Off?!?!

I'm a little worried about my job security, people.



Last night after bath time, Caroline informed me that she was going to read William his stories and sing him his songs. And she did.



Now if I can just teach her how to sweep the kitchen floor and throw in a load of laundry, I may be downgraded to merely chauffeur. Works for me!!!

My Little Fish

I haven't even taken my camera out of it's bag since the 4th; all I've got is this iPhone picture.

This child loves the water, just as her mama did as a little girl. The goggles crack me up. :) And they seem to have super powers, as she is now convinced she can swim independently as long as she has them on.

We're loving summer around here.

People are going to think I only choose friends based on their artistic abilities.

I'll warn you, my friends make it look like all you have to do is pick up a nice camera and within a few months you'll be taking stunning photographs and starting a very successful business. Of course, as their friend, I know it takes a bit more work and talent than that.

Anyway, I think I've got my fair share of photographer bffs. Future friends need only apply if they own a fabulous beach house, I guess. :)
