Caroline has been really into hanging out with my lately. Any time we find ourselves alone, she'll snuggle up to me and say, "Mama, let's have some girl time!" Naturally it melts my heart. :) For weeks now we've been planning a movie night/sleep over in my bed - I promised we could do it the next time Steve traveled. Well, last night was our night. We got in our jammies, transported all the necessary friends/blankies to my bed, popped popcorn, and turned on Mary Poppins. I fell asleep with a little blond girl right next to me, and I woke up with a sweet kiss on the cheek.
I can't believe I'm posting this picture, but since this blog is about recording memories and sharing them with our loved ones and not my vanity, here it is:
