Our very own Elf On the Shelf! This is the first year we are trying this new tradition; so far, William isn't very interested but Caroline is OBSESSED. And we've had a perfect day of behavior so far. Is it possible the magic can really work the whole Christmas season?
I adore Christmas traditions. I'm already hoping that this becomes a beloved one and that I can pass "Mickey" down to my Grandbabies some day. :)

We used to do Elf on the Shelf when I was little. I've had a hard time finding them to use in my house. It's positive reinforcement...not bribery!
I've been on the fence about getting one of these for the season. The whole idea that "Santa is watching" kind of freaks me out. Still, I think he'd probably find it fun.
